The Island of Mallorca is subjugated by a strong and powerful globalisation due its touristic activity. Economical interests and depredators threaten natural environment and land resources. Roots, language, culture and food traditions are constantly manipulated to the needs and power of touroperators.

Into this panorama, a musical identity try to survive.

FERMENTS is a tribute to Miles Davis Bitches Brew album. Is the history of tree days introspection's enclosure into a studio recording looking for a link between young generations of jazz musicians and the most ancestral aspects of the Island. Without music scores, nor previous rehearsals, only responding to the sensorial perceptions, music, dancers, chefs-cookers and wine makers interact trying to achieve new ways of expression. Taste, smell, watch and then create. This is the goal.
